About The Team/Department You Will Be Joining Located at our Police Headquarters, BRIDGEND. South Wales Police have an exiting opportunity that has arisen for a fulltime Estates Receptionist on a permanent basis. The Estates receptionist will cover reception when needed, also undertake all administration duties and will add to our already strong Administration team within Estates. The successful candidate will assist the Customer Services Manager and manage administrative processes within all functional areas of the Estates & Facilities Department including processing financial transactions, mail collection and distribution. About The Role And Your Key Responsibilities An opportunity has arisen for a welsh speaking receptionist who will also be working within an office based environment undertaking administration duties. The successful person will provide 37 hours per week Monday to Friday support. This is a flexible working position that in time, will allow some degree of working flexibly. We mainly work either from HQ Bridgend or on occasions from home. Must hold a current valid full UK driving licence. The Role Includes This role must have 2 years reception skills or relevant experience. Level 4 welsh speaking is essential. This role must be responsible for making a good first impression for the organisation Be able to work as a member of a team What skills and experience do we need you to bring to the role: We are looking for someone who has at least 2 years previous experience with reception / customer service background. We are keen to hear from you if you are highly competent with Microsoft systems and have previous administrative experience. It is essential that you can speak Welsh to a conversational level You must be able to work well with good team skills and adaptable to change. A current valid driving licence is essential Please note the successful applicant must be willing to undergo vetting to the required level RV.
