Outputs Processing sales and purchase invoices, including matching to orders and reconciling major supplier statements Submission of pension contribution reports to pension company portal Credit control, including calling customers to resolve queries Daily bank reconciliations Monthly credit card Reconciliations Assisting in the preparation of monthly reporting To provide ad-hoc assistance to your line manager To assist with procurement Involved in ad-hoc project work Support with monthly stock take Processing weekly payroll Ensure all accounting information is recorded and stored accurately. Personal A quick learner with a growth mindset Experience of working in a Finance Department is preferred Working towards or achieved supporting qualifications such as AAT/CIMA/ACCA would be an advantage Be able to demonstrate an eye for detail and accuracy Able to demonstrate a level of determination to achieve multiple tasks in a busy environment Confident to express opinion and offer ideas regarding process improvements Hours This is a day role where you will work at least 40 hours per week Mon-Fri. A flexible approach to working additional hours, possibly on evenings or occasional weekends is requested.
