In this role, you'll provide professional support to their Corporate Tax department, managing relationships and delivering solutions for a diverse portfolio of clients.
Responsibilities include:
* Managing client portfolios and prioritizing tasks efficiently
* Acting as the primary client contact throughout the tax cycle
* Building and maintaining client relationships
* Preparing tax computations, returns, and advising clients on tax matters
* Reviewing work prepared by colleagues and providing guidance
* Identifying tax planning opportunities and contributing to business development
* Collaborating with other departments to deliver comprehensive client solutions
* Responding to client queries promptly and accurately
* Meeting deadlines and assisting with client billing
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:
* A relevant professional qualification (CTA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent)
* Strong experience in corporate tax compliance and advisory work
* Excellent client relationship and communication skills
* Ability to anticipate client needs and provide proactive solutions
* Business acumen and interest in business development activities
* Experience in reviewing junior staff's work and providing guidance
* Familiarity with relevant tax software
* Competitive salary of £50,000 - £55,000 per annum
* Study support towards a CTA qualification (if required)
