As a Nutritionist, you will play a key role in driving ISS’s health, wellbeing, and sustainable diets strategy across our workplace brands.
You will work closely with both the marketing and culinary teams to develop a comprehensive programme that promotes healthy sustainable diets within diverse workplace environments.

Job Description
The role of Nutritionist will involve creating engaging initiatives that reflect the latest nutrition policies, guidelines and research while aligning with ISS’s commitment to wellbeing and sustainability.
You will help shape the future of food in the workplace by actively contributing to the grown and success of our offer.

Key Responsibilities
* Keeping up to date with the latest research and trends in nutrition, health, wellbeing, and sustainable diets.
* Bringing to life ISS’s Health, Wellbeing, and Sustainable Diets proposition in adult at work brands.
* Designing, driving, delivering, and evaluating healthy, sustainable eating programs that promote wellbeing and support positive behaviours.
* Collaborating with the brand manager and culinary teams to create a quarterly programme of dishes and recipes.
* Checking and validating recipes created in our recipe management system.
* Working with marketing to translate propositions into customer-facing terms/campaigns.
* Collaborating with operations to understand activation requirements and provide training for site teams.
* Supporting the commercial team to fully assist in the bid process for retenders and new business.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
* Registered nutritionist or dietitian (ANutr, RNut or RD).
* Demonstrable relevant experience in the field.
* Passionate about keeping up to date with the latest science and evidence
* Attuned to consumer and market trends.
* Experience working with culinary and marketing teams.
* Creative thinker and confident presenter.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Team player, but also self-motivated to work independently.
