Job Responsibilities
1. Scheduling field employees (CNAs and HHAs) for private duty home care services ranging from 4 to 12 hours shifts
2. Scheduling field employees to ensure compliance with Bayshore guidelines regarding safety, maximum hours worked, and caregiver-client match
3. Confirming schedules with field employees and clients
4. Assisting field employees with driving directions, client home access, care issues, and emergencies
5. Documenting all calls from field staff regarding client issues and staffing issues
6. Notifying clients and field employees when scheduling changes occur
7. Providing the on-call coordinator with up-to-date information on all current patients and employees
Requirements
1. Preferred one year experience in a home health agency office
2. Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English
3. Computer competency in Windows-based applications
4. Great customer service skills
