Main duties of the job As a Senior Support Worker you will be an active and positive member of the East Community Learning Disability Team, contributing skills and experience to the clinical assessments and interventions. Working with the individuals with a learning disability and their families you will monitor, contribute to, and modify the Care Plan in response to need, in order to improve the health outcomes for the person. Commitment to personal development Desirable Experience in a variety of settings. Experience working with people with complex behavioural and/or mental health needs Skills and Aptitude Essential Excellent communication and record keeping skills. Ability to recognise and report with accuracy the people with a learning disability needs and/or environment.
