If you are an experienced Residential Support Worker with a Level 3 qualification in Children’s Residential Care, you may have the opportunity to enrol on our Leadership Programme, with a clear path to becoming a Senior Support Worker or Team Leader. No experience? No problem Full training is provided for those new to the sector. However, experience in social care will be beneficial. As part of the role, completing the Level 3 Diploma in Children & Young People’s Workforce is a mandatory requirement. Why Join?
