We are seeking an experienced HR Officer / Reward Officer / HR Project Support Advisor on a part-time basis who has experience/exposure to HR pay/reward/benefits.
You will be working as part of a busy Reward Project team who are fully involved in the implementation of a new reward & benefits project for an organisation. This team is responsible for the design and delivery of a fully negotiated pay & reward offering which is harmonised across the organisation and utilising new systems, policy and providers.
Candidates
We are seeking candidates who have a background of HR/Pay/Reward:
1. Reviewing policy and making recommendations
2. Ability to lead on small projects within the wider project
3. Ability to collaborate in the office (needs to live locally)
4. Very organised
5. Excellent communication
6. Confident in presenting and sharing information with large audiences
7. Excellent team working
8. Experience of reward and recognition
9. Excellent understanding and experience of using Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and other Microsoft products
10. Ability to translate data into charts, graphs etc to present to stakeholders
11. Fast learner and self-motivated
12. High level of resilience
13. Ability to undertake reliable research and present findings
14. Understanding of employment legislation (Desirable)
15. Understanding the Equality Act 2010
The Offer
20 hours per week. (more possibly)
1 day per week in Bournemouth
Working via Hays on a temporary contract until 31st March 2025.
