The Senior Quantity Surveyors' role
As the new Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will deliver professional quantity surveying and employers agent services, managing projects in the public/social, residential, education, and commercial sectors, with a focus on both new builds and refurbishments.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for handling pre- and post-contract duties such as cost estimates, tender documents, valuations, and final accounts.

Consultancy experience is preferred
