Responsibilities
Conduct thorough surveys of void properties to assess conditions and identify potential issues.

Requirements
Proven experience as a surveyor, preferably in void property assessment.
Strong knowledge of surveying techniques and tools.
Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with different teams.
Ability to produce clear and concise reports and documentation.
Relevant qualifications or certifications in surveying or a related field.
Strong organisational and time management skills to handle multiple projects effectively.
