Working on behalf of our client, a leading M & E Contractor, we are looking for a Operations Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.
Key Duties:
* Oversee the day-to-day operations within the Customer Service Department, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
* Lead, supervise and manage the customer service team as the senior person within the team.
* Act as deputy for the Operations Director within Building Services capacity.
* Conduct performance reviews for team members and train and onboard new team members.
* Address customer complaints promptly, ensuring they are monitored, recorded accurately, and resolved with effective solutions
* Commercially minded with the ability to analyse data and implement changes to improve service quality.
* To develop, monitor, exceed and be accountable for customer service KPI’s.
What we are looking for in the successful candidate:
* Commitment to delivering an exceptional customer journey and exceeding service expectations.
* Experience managing both directly and indirectly employed engineers.
* Proficient in IT, including CRM system knowledge.
* Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
* Commercial and financial understanding.
* Experience in a similar Mechanical or Electrical engineering business (Desirable)
