Key Activities
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships through consistent follow-up, providing timely and relevant updates and ensuring satisfaction through the entire customer journey.
Strategic Sales: Leverage comprehensive knowledge of our product portfolio to guide clients toward the optimal insurance solutions that meet their specific needs, life stages, and financial objectives.
Inter-Departmental Collaboration: Actively collaborate with marketing, underwriting, and customer service departments. Your insights will be key to developing more effective sales and marketing strategies, streamlining processes, and elevating the customer experience.
Customer Experience: Anticipate and address client enquiries and concerns with unparalleled professionalism and courtesy. You will be the primary touchpoint for the client and are expected to provide a service that reflects the premium brand we’ve built.
In essence, your role is pivotal to executing our customer-centric ethos and ensuring that our sales strategies align with our company values for sustainable growth.
Responsibilities
* Generate sales by identifying prospective clients and recommending suitable insurance solutions
* Create and implement effective sales strategies tailored to individual client needs
* Provide top-notch customer service by promptly addressing client queries and resolving issues
* Maintain accurate and comprehensive sales records and reports
* Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
What We Require in Return
* Minimum 2 years of sales experience, ideally within the insurance industry
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
* Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
* Technological adeptness, with proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics
* Unyielding commitment to ethical behaviour, transparency, and accountability
* Willingness to work on-site in our Loudwater, High Wycombe office five days a week
