Ventia’s Whole of Government Facilities Contract provides a range of specialist cleaning services to industry, government, and commercial businesses. We’re hiring a Test and Tag Technician to ensure electrical equipment testing & tagging is up-to-date and meets safety and quality standards.
This role involves frequent travel across the Central Coast, Newcastle, Hunter, and surrounding areas, with occasional overnight travel (twice a year).

A day in the life:
* Test and tag various equipment (e.g. vacuum cleaners, buffers, chargers) to ensure compliance with regulations (AS3760).
* Coordinate with operations for high-volume and scheduled testing periods.
* Maintain accurate records of tested equipment and report required repairs via company systems.
* Store out-of-commission equipment and update relevant platforms with tag dates and equipment status.
* Manage servicing, calibration, and storage of test & tag equipment, ensuring cleanliness.
* Maintain stock of consumables for testing and tagging.
About you:
* Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not essential.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Valid NSW Driver’s Licence required.
* Willingness to undergo security clearance and Working with Children Check.
