Major Recruitment Oldbury are delighted to be recruiting for a locally based Oldbury organisation who are seeking an experienced Regional Account Manager to cover the North of England and Northern Ireland. Ideally, you will have experience in the following sectors: Foam, Plastics, Rubber, Packaging. The role will be 60% based on the road with once a fortnight meetings at the Oldbury site and 40% of the role being home based.
Duties and tasks will include:
1. Convey a positive and constructive approach to achieve growth and to increase sales.
2. Resolve issues, identify customer improvement opportunities.
3. Ensure seamless interaction between Sales & Customer Services and other departments within the business, internally and in the field.
4. Use own initiative, embrace new processes and systems to drive continuous improvement throughout the department and/or the company.
5. You may be asked to undertake reasonable overtime.
6. The above are your normal requirements; however, you may be required from time to time to undertake duties not foreseen above but within your capacity.
7. Maintain company CRM, ERP, and other business-related software and reporting programs.
8. Achieve company's sales goals and budget regionally.
9. Account analysis: Assessing accounts to understand issues, stakeholders, and regional networks.
10. Action plans: Creating plans to achieve account priorities and brand strategy.
11. New business development: Winning new clients, especially from competitors.
12. Sales presentations: Representing the company's value proposition.
13. Strategic account plans: Developing plans for top accounts and prospects.

2. Specific understanding in Machine CNC finished parts using Foam, Rubber, and Plastics.
3. Understanding of DWG, CAD, and PDF drawings.
