CitySuites is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Housekeeping Manager with a passion for not only delivering the highest standards of cleanliness but also deliver the highest level of customer service.
As the Assistant Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for:
Allocating duties to the housekeeping team.
Checking the standards of the rooms the Housekeeping Assistants have cleaned.
Ordering stock and linen.
Overseeing deliveries.
Ensuring housekeeping standards are upheld to a high standard.
Liaise with other departments to check availability of rooms or to make sure guests requests are met quickly.
Assisting in the resolution of guest complaints when housekeeping standards have not been met.
On the shifts that you are Housekeeping Assistant, you will be responsible for:
General Housekeeping duties such as cleaning bedrooms and public areas.
Ensuring hygiene and cleanliness standards are maintained.
Provide customer service to our residents, and ensure that all residents are always acknowledged and greeted whenever they are met.
To be vigilant and whilst carrying out duties, continuously check for any damage, faults or defects, and if found, follow the reporting procedures to the management team.
