**Job Overview**
We are seeking experienced SEN/SEND tutors to join our team and provide Maths, English, or Science tuition to young people with SEND, Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs (SEMH), Moderate and Severe Learning Difficulties (MLD/SLD), or other Additional Educational Needs.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Plan and deliver high-quality tutoring sessions to meet the individual needs of each young person.
* Provide flexible and holistic trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring to support the educational and social-emotional journey of each young person.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A professional teaching qualification (e.g. Qualified Teacher Status/QTS/QTLS).
* Minimum 2 years teaching experience.
* Experience working with young people with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and/or other Additional Educational Needs.
* An Enhanced DBS check (we can help obtain this at cost if needed).
* The ability to work in a way that promotes the health, safety, and wellbeing of children and young people and follow safeguarding policies and procedures at all times.
