Real Estate Solicitor – Landlord & Tenant / Development Specialist
Location: Farnborough, Hampshire
Salary: £52,000 – £56,000 per annum (DOE) + Bonus (£10,000 – £15,000)
Working Arrangement: Primarily office-based with agile working

Role Overview
The Real Estate team is seeking ambitious solicitors to fill two specialist roles:
1. Landlord and Tenant Specialist
2. Development Lawyer(s)
These roles involve advising on complex and high-value matters, working with a varied client base including developers, landlords, and investors. As a valued member of the team, you will manage a diverse caseload, contribute to business development, and help shape the department’s ongoing success.
Key Responsibilities
* Advising on landlord and tenant matters, including lease negotiations, renewals, and terminations.
* Supporting property development projects, handling site acquisitions, planning, and funding arrangements.
* Drafting and negotiating contracts, leases, and other real estate documents.
* Conducting due diligence and resolving title issues.
* Providing pragmatic, client-focused advice tailored to individual client needs.
* Collaborating with colleagues across departments to deliver a seamless service.
* Contributing to the firm’s business development and marketing initiatives.
To thrive in this role, you will:
* Be a qualified solicitor with 2-3 years’ PQE in Real Estate law.
* Have experience in landlord and tenant matters and/or development projects.
* Demonstrate strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
* Possess excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, fostering strong client relationships.
* Show a proactive, solution-focused approach to managing your caseload.
* Be commercially aware and eager to contribute to departmental growth.
