Responsibilities Manage a caseload of RTA claims from inception to conclusion, ensuring timely and accurate case progression. Negotiate settlements with insurers and other parties, advocating for the best outcomes for clients. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all case activities in accordance with company policies. Keep abreast of changes in legislation and industry practices relating to road traffic accidents. Collaborate with legal professionals to prepare files for court proceedings when necessary. Requirements Experience in handling RTA claims or personal injury cases within a legal environment. Strong understanding of road traffic legislation and relevant legal procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client relations. Proficiency in case management software and Microsoft Office applications. Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and manage a busy caseload effectively.
