The Role
You’ll become part of a fun, friendly team who provide residential, respite and day care support to individuals with various disabilities and additional support needs.
With a focus on maintaining and promoting independence, you will work in a person-centred way to provide support in all aspects of daily living, including cooking and preparing meals, personal care, administering medication and managing personal finances. You’ll also play a huge part in supporting them with their hobbies and interests too, including cooking, baking, dominoes, basketball, going for walks and trips to the local pub.
All we’ll need you to bring is:-

Shift Patterns
As we're dedicated to providing the best support, tailored to the needs of each individual the shifts usually fall between the hours of 0700-2100 hours with sleepovers, waking nights, weekend and public holiday working forming part of your rota on a rotational basis.
Sleepovers are not included in your contracted hours and you’ll receive an additional payment of £96 for every sleepover shift you work. Waking night shifts are paid at your normal hourly rate, plus an additional payment of £20 per night.
