We are currently recruiting for a skilled and experienced Finance Business Partner to work across various East Midlands Local Authorities.
Interim Finance Business Partner
Day Rate: £500-£550 per day Inside IR35
Length of Contract: 6 months minimum
Start Date: ASAP
Hybrid working with office attendance once a fortnight
The work will be largely focused on working with the Director of Economy, which includes the former Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP).
The main duties are listed below:
* Budget monitoring and forecasting
* Budget setting
* Advising on new processes and policies
* Providing finance comments for reports and officer decisions
* Providing day-to-day support and advice to the business
Requirements:
* Ideally, combined authority experience would be an advantage
* Considerable Local Authority experience as a minimum is essential
* Candidate needs to be fully CCAB qualified to be considered for the role
