Site Maintenance Manager Farnborough, GU14 6FD Full Time, Permanent, Site Based (part time role available on discussion) £35,000 - £45,000 Benefits: Bonus, 28 days leave plus Bank Holidays, pension, private health insurance, season ticket loan, cycle to work scheme Farnborough International is looking to strengthen its world class team by recruiting a Site Maintenance Manager to work within the Facilities team and take ownership for the condition of the buildings and the wider site. This is a brand-new role for us here at Farnborough and will play a huge role to assist the delivery of our world-class events. As a Site Maintenance Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing a large network of suppliers and contractors, ensuring that the condition and maintenance of our buildings and wider site are of the highest possible standard. Your responsibilities will include managing supporting FM service partners, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, maintaining accurate site records, and ensuring work is carried out safely, on time, within budget and to the required standards. Key Responsibilities: Manage the daily maintenance across the site and its buildings. Assess and identify areas requiring maintenance or capital expenditure and log/track requirements. Understand the workings of the site and identify improvements. Ensure statutory compliance relating to buildings, site and infrastructure. Manage service partners and asset management systems. Project manage infrastructure and construction projects. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Proactively identify safety and security risks and ensure activities are carried out in line with company policies. Ensure customer is prioritised with all works undertaken. Track expenditure and deliver to the facilities budget. Skills & Competencies: High level of technical competency and understanding. Minimum 2 years' experience in facilities management and/or M&E infrastructure. 'Hands-on' active approach with working knowledge of coordinating and managing contractors. Excellent communicator with strong attention to detail. Ability to work to tight deadlines, be flexible and think on your feet. Personable and a good team player with a full driving license. IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent safety qualification (desirable - training will be given). Working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and Building Management Systems (desirable).
