Mobility Your Way is looking for an experienced E-Commerce Manager to manage and develop all aspects of website trading and SEM. Our online offering is in its infancy and we are looking for an individual that can work in a small team to grow our online sales and make e-commerce a success for our business.
You will work closely with the Commercial Director to take our online offering to the next level.
Responsibilities:
1. Day-to-day ecommerce management – you will make it your mission to optimise the website.
2. Manage PPC platforms ensuring optimisation and efficiency.
3. Schedule, brief and implement website updates and changes based on marketing plans.
4. Optimise the customer journey to improve conversion rates and launch new products online.
5. Ensure our website is optimised for SEO and continually look for ways to improve this.
6. Review website and product performance data to report daily, weekly and monthly sales.
7. Be responsible for all key data points regarding Product Information Management in the content management system (WordPress/WooCommerce) - pricing, stock, categorisation, product descriptions and so on.
8. Work closely with the operational managers on a day-to-day basis to ensure seamless logistics.
9. Proactively look for ways to improve ways of working and improve efficiency.
10. Keep product information up-to-date and accurate.
11. Support with other marketing functions where needed.
About you:
1. Keen to make e-commerce a success for our business.
2. Great attention to detail – ensure the website is accurate and well merchandised.
3. Experience using WordPress, WooCommerce, Google Ads, Google Merchant Centre and Google Search Console.
4. Experience using platforms such as Semrush, AHRefs, Screaming Frog and so on.
5. Great understanding of ecommerce, digital marketing & website management.
6. Great understanding of SEM and SEO.
7. Sales and target orientated.
8. Comfortable dealing with ambiguity – not all the answers will be to hand.
9. Able to work alone and in small teams.
10. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, alongside exceptional analytical and presentation capabilities.
11. Familiarity with ePOS systems will be advantageous.
12. Experience in the mobility industry will be extremely beneficial.
You will be required to undertake a one-off 2 week training course off-site in order to boost your knowledge of our industry.

Pay: £30,000.00-£37,500.00 per year
