What you will do Co-lead a team of nurses and support staff to deliver high-quality, individualised patient-focused care Coordinate clinical, administrative, and operational activities in the clinic Deputise in the operations management of the clinic Ensure a seamless patient journey and provide an inviting environment for clients at all touchpoints Implement new processes to drive quality improvement initiatives in the clinic Onboard new teammates effectively alongside the wider team Develop positive relationships with patients and handle any complaints that may arise Ensure compliance with all relevant clinical, governance, and regulatory systems and policies, including KLoE Maintain accurate records and timely report submissions Person Specification Registered Nurse with renal experience Previous clinical leadership experience in an outpatient haemodialysis setting Engaging communication skills and a friendly demeanour to connect successfully with a diverse team and patients Lead-by-example style to encourage a value-driven culture that brings out the best in everyone Proactive and solution-oriented approach to changing situations in a clinical environment Exceptional organisation skills to manage a variety of tasks associated with running a clinic Evidence of Continued Professional Development, ideally in Renal Care Bangor is a picturesque city offering a great place to live and work.
