It is essential that applicants hold a degree qualification orequivalent.The successful candidate will support students both inthe mainstream classroom and also in a 1:1 capacity. The successful candidatewill also be expected to lead small group sessions within the core subjectareas of Maths and English. An interest in working with students with a widerange of special educational needs including emotional, social and mentalhealth needs is essential, together with an interest in supporting secondlanguage learners.
