About the Role
We require an experienced Behaviour Mentor to work closely with a Key Stage 2 pupil, providing individualised support and guidance to address physical aggression and challenging behaviour.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Implement evidence-based strategies to manage behaviour
2. Work collaboratively with teaching staff and other professionals to achieve desired outcomes
3. Provide emotional support and guidance to the child
