Job location: York
Job salary : £54k + Benefits
The knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience relevant to the position are:
* Experienced in building services maintenance (Apprenticeship or equivalent)
* Hold, or attain, an appropriate FM/Engineering qualification
* A Health & Safety qualification – IOSH/NEBOSH
* Member of relevant industry body (IWFM, CMI, Tech/CMIOSH)
* Working knowledge of H&S legislation and management in the application of FM Services
* Experience of in-house and outsourced estates management service delivery, ensuring compliance.
* Experience within a dispersed, multi-functional, demanding and people focused environment.
* Experience of managing complex FM contracts
* Understanding company vision and strategic direction.
* Ability to communicate at all levels both verbal and written, also note taking.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and self-motivated.
* Team worker and flexibility within the contracted hours.
* Computer literate
* Strong team player and a ‘can do' attitude.
* Intuitive and proactive nature.
* High moral standards with absolute integrity
