The opportunity:
Macildowie's HR Team are currently recruiting for a HR Administrator. This is a brand new role within the business. Our client is looking for a detail-oriented HR Administrator to join their team in a fully remote role. You'll provide essential support to their HR department, handling a range of tasks to keep things running smoothly. If you have strong organisational skills, a passion for helping people, and a genuine interest in HR, this could be the perfect role for you.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Support: Assist with various HR tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, ER admin support, maintaining employee records, and offboarding.
2. Data Management: Ensure employee records are accurate and up-to-date in our HR systems, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
3. Employee Lifecycle: Support hiring and exit processes, including issuing offer letters, contracts, and handling required documentation.
4. Onboarding & Offboarding: Facilitate smooth onboarding by organizing induction plans and conducting right-to-work checks; manage offboarding for departing employees.
