Customer Service Advisor
Open to internal and external applicants
Salary: £21,768
Hours: 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
The role of Customer Service is ideal if you are someone looking for a new opportunity to work Monday - Friday, with no late nights, and can guide our students through every step of their learning experience with us, helping them feel supported and excited throughout.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Delivering excellent customer service to our staff and students.
2. Guiding our students through every step of their learning experience.
3. Engaging in cross-college and external activities and events.
4. Arranging appointments for students with specialists in other areas.
5. Processing fee payments and issuing college ID cards.
6. Maintaining record systems.
After your first year with us, success would look like:
You will be proficient in all service delivery functions and systems, have a clear understanding of the college structure and support network, and demonstrate our college values on a daily basis while having a positive impact on all service users.
You will also be in a position to look at promotional opportunities within the department and college-wide.
