International Business Development Manager
Role: Hybrid Role
Salary: DOE but very competitive
This is an exciting and challenging role, suited to a Business Development Manager who brings a unique blend of skills. We are looking for someone dynamic and opportunistic, a strategic thinker who remains calm under pressure, acts with professionalism, and is results-driven.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for clients and their business.
2. Identify, manage, and cultivate new business prospects.
3. Generate leads through your network, expertise, leveraging current tools and exploring additional resources.
4. Set and track measurable objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the business.
5. Regularly engage with prospects and clients remotely, and through face-to-face meetings.
6. Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities.
7. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to design and execute effective lead generation campaigns.
8. Present to clients through both virtual platforms (Teams) and in-person meetings.
9. Prepare and deliver detailed quotations.
10. Represent the agency at industry conferences and events, building valuable connections.
11. Oversee the client onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and high satisfaction levels.
12. Build and nurture strong client relationships to boost retention and encourage referrals.
13. Manage and maintain databases and CRM systems, ensuring up-to-date client information.

3. You will be eager to expand the business by leveraging various channels to attract new clients as well as retaining and nurturing existing ones.
4. A willingness to travel both domestically and internationally is essential.
5. You will attend key exhibitions and explore new exhibitions, fostering meaningful and strategic relationships.
