Quality and Continuous Improvement Lead Job Overview
My client is a service provider for rotating equipment, delivering top-tier repair services for a variety of vessels, including cruise liners, naval and passenger ships, tankers, and offshore production and support vessels.
They are currently looking for a Quality & Continuous Improvement Lead, who will collaborate closely with the Service Centre management team.
You will be fully responsible for quality and continuous improvement initiatives at the Southampton Service Centre. Your role will not only involve identifying issues but also implementing effective corrective actions to enhance quality and operational efficiency.
This role based in Southampton comes with a competitive salary of £47,000- £52,000 with a 10% bonus as well as private medical cover and many other benefits.
This role will suit someone in a similar position or a Senior Quality Engineer or similar who is looking for a step up to take a real ownership of quality and manage it for the site.
Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:
1. Provide leadership in defining quality procedures to drive, improve, and promote a quality culture within the Service Centre.
