Staff Nurse – Neuro Rehabilitation Ward London : The Wellington Hospital Full Time: 3 7.5 hours per week Shifts: (Mon-Sun) Days, Nights & Weekend rotation. Flexibility required. Permanent contract Salary: competitive (DOE) plus 9% shift allowance We’re looking for an experienced staff nurse with a background of neuro and/ or spinal rehabilitation experience within an inpatient setting to join the team on our Neuro Rehabilitation Ward at The Wellington Hospital, currently rated ‘Good’ by the CQC and the largest private hospital in the UK. We’re the largest neurosciences unit in London, which means we can care for patients with a wide range of complex neurological conditions and provide advanced, specialised care – and you’ll be part of a team making that happen. This role is both exciting and challenging, the skills are both based on an experience of managing this specialist patient group but also utilizing a strong evidence base. The staff nurse will work with the Multidisciplinary Team to deliver high quality and innovative nursing practice in line with HCA mission and vision and national guidelines and standards in both spinal and neuro rehabilitation They will actively support the nursing and therapy teams in delivering outstanding patient care relating to HCA mission and values What you’ll bring: Experience working in spinal and/ or neuro rehabilitation post registration nursing NMC registration Excellent verbal and written communication skills A good command of both written and spoken English Experience working within a multidisciplinary team within healthcare An ability to carry out manual handling tasks BLS provider course completed and qualification in upon hire, or within 3 months of hire Able to work flexible shift pattern including weekends and nights Experience working in the private sector Arabic speaking desirable Why HCA UK?
