Scheduler - Liverpool - up to £30k per annum - Permanent A successful organisation, who are one of the longest standing companies in their industry, are seeking an experienced Scheduler / Office Administrator to join their small and friendly team. Reporting to the Managing Director you will be responsible for: Diary Management for MD Liaising with clients to provide quotes and estimates Scheduling jobs with contractors placing orders with suppliers Ensuring that all contractors are compliant Ensuring that the contractors have the correct tools for each job Entering details of the report into Word & Excel Sending the reports to clients Issuing out invoices The successful candidate will have worked within a similar role, scheduling engineers and handling customer orders from start to finish. Must have strong Excel skills along with being able to work alone using your own initiative.
