Key Responsibilities:
Lead the operational team to positively impact operational KPI targets whilst creating a culture of engagement within your team and department.
Ensure all activities are planned within budget and reviewed and adjusted based on department performance and volume changes.
Skilfully motivate your team to manage complex warehouse processes across a diverse range of SKUs, with a focus on ‘right first time’ quality standards.
Support operational strategy, identifying areas to improve efficiency and taking action.
To excel in this role, candidates should possess:
Proven experience in operations management within the warehouse & logistics sector, ideally within a retail or e-commerce environment.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
Excellent organisational and planning abilities to ensure efficient and effective operations.
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
The ability to adapt to changing circumstances and make informed decisions to optimise performance.
