Job Overview: A leading commercial law firm in Leeds City Centre is seeking an Associate Employment Solicitor to join their highly regarded Employment team.

Key Responsibilities:
Handling a mix of contentious, advisory, and corporate support employment matters.
Advising a range of high-profile clients across different sectors.
Managing cases from start to finish, including tribunal representation.
Working collaboratively within a team of 9 to provide high-quality client service.
Contributing to business development and client relationship management.
Candidate Requirements:
2-4 years’ PQE in Employment Law.
Respondent experience preferred, but strong claimant lawyers will be considered.
Strong technical knowledge and ability to manage a varied caseload.
Commercial awareness and a client-focused approach.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
