We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our client's friendly team. This is a part-time, office-based role, offering 24 hours per week, with flexible weekday working available. You can spread your hours over 3, 4, or 5 days - whatever works best for you.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Order fulfilment and scanning
2. Ebay administration and handling of items
3. Taking packages to the local post office
4. Managing customer queries via phone, email, and post
5. General office duties to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
The Ideal Candidate:
1. A self-starter who can work both independently and as part of a team
2. Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
3. Ability to work methodically with a keen eye for detail
4. Basic computer literacy
5. Physically able to handle some lifting and carry lightweight packages to the nearby post office (approx. 400m away)
6. Own transport is required due to rural location
7. Previous office experience is preferred but not essential
