Bump Digital are looking for a motivated Account Manager to join our award winning team We create flawless websites and technical solutions for a wide range of clients, with Umbraco (open source .NET CMS) and Microsoft Azure. You will be a friendly face for the agency; nurturing relationships with existing clients and developing new prospects, across sectors such as travel, insurance, ecommerce, education, and more. We see this as a hybrid role bridging client relations, project management, and sales & growth – with plenty of opportunity to shape our direction Experience working with development teams in a digital or technical agency is a must. Knowledge of content management systems (Umbraco, Sitecore, Episerver, Kentico, or similar) would be a great bonus, but we will provide training regardless We'd like someone with Fantastic communication skills A knack for growing rapport and relationships with clients Experience seeing projects to completion, on-time and on-budget Great time management and efficiency, a self-starter A sharp eye for detail and a passion for delivering quality Knowledge of collaboration tools like ClickUp (our preference), Trello, Azure DevOps, Jira (or similar) Who we are Our team is based remotely around the UK (mostly near London, Bristol, and Southampton) but still has the collaborative culture you'd expect from any small-but-growing agency.
