The Role
This position is responsible for daily activity of prepping, cataloguing, scanning, microfiching, and indexing client data under the supervision of the Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities
* Indexing, cataloguing, and scanning of client data.
* Microfiching and associated duties.
* Uploading and downloading of indexed data.
* Preparation of items for scanning.
* Input of data in an efficient and accurate manner.
* Use initiative to identify any improvements or inefficiencies.
* Advise Operations Manager of issues requiring attention.
* Comply with all company policies and relevant data protection legislation to ensure clients and team members’ sensitive and personal information is protected and processed in accordance with the law.
* Adhere to all company policies and complete all mandatory training modules.
* Report any potential or actual security, environmental, or health and safety incidents to your line manager and/or the OASIS Compliance team as soon as you become aware of them.
Candidate Requirements
* Knowledge of indexing and cataloguing.
* Strong attention to detail essential.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
* Ability to manage own workloads and control indexing jobs.
* Flexibility to work between teams.
* Hardworking and reliable.
* Able to work as part of a team, as well as being self-motivated.
* Able to work to timelines and meet project deadlines.
* Must be flexible and professional under pressure.
