IT Service Desk Engineer

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 DOE
CPS Group is proud to be partnering with an IT Managed Service Provider who has an exciting opportunity for a new IT Service Desk Engineer to join their growing.
In this position, you would be providing excellent technical support to end users, ensuring first-fix wherever possible and maximum levels of customer satisfaction. This is a brilliant opportunity for recent graduates with strong customer service skills or those with experience in a similar position who are ready for a new challenge in a fun and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Be the first point of contact for inbound reactive Service Desk enquiries (by telephone and email), providing immediate technical support and resolution
* Install/configure software remotely to end-user workstations where required
* Support and troubleshoot hardware for end-users where required, including but not limited to printers, scanners, mobile devices, etc.
* Assist end-users with connectivity issues (WLAN, LAN, etc)
* setup, configure and troubleshoot VPN’s for end-users.
