Responsibilities
1. Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
2. Administer medication as prescribed and monitor clients for any side effects or changes in condition.
3. Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary requirements and preferences.
4. Develop and implement individual care plans tailored to each client's needs.
5. Assist clients with mobility and transportation, including driving to appointments or social activities.
6. Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance the quality of life for clients.
7. Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in client status to the appropriate personnel.
8. Support clients with case management tasks, liaising with healthcare professionals as needed.
Experience
1. Previous experience in a caregiving role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
2. Familiarity with dementia care practices is advantageous.
3. Knowledge of medication administration protocols is beneficial.
4. Experience in a care home setting is desirable but not mandatory.
5. A valid driving licence is preferred for roles involving transportation of clients.
6. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients are essential.
7. A compassionate nature and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care are crucial for success in this role.

Pay: £730.00-£900.00 per week
Expected hours: 50 – 70 per week
