As a Senior Designer, you’ll play a key role in bringing ideas, ad campaigns, brands, pitches, and presentations to life. Whether it’s starting with a blank page or turning a rough sketch into something amazing, you’ll be at the heart of the creative process. Collaboration is key—you’ll work closely with the Design and Creative Directors—but you’ll also have the autonomy to lead projects and make them your own. With an eagle eye for detail and the versatility to design across multiple channels, you’ll thrive in this flexible, fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
1. Design: Deliver designs without needing check-ins every two hours.
2. Campaigns: Experience designing for creative ad campaigns.
3. Delivery: Transform designs into ready-to-go files across various formats.
4. Getting stuck in: Dive into all levels of design and handle a variety of projects for different clients.
5. Flexing: Adapt and thrive in the variety of projects.
6. Leading the way: Take ownership of projects, present work to clients, and confidently lead when needed.
7. Having an opinion: Bring your own creative perspective and ideas to the table.
What You’ll Bring to the Table
Skills and Know-How:
* Proficiency in the usual Adobe packages—Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.
* Ability to take campaigns and design projects from concept to completion.
* A passion for design and campaigns, always bringing fresh ideas and styles to the mix.
Experience and Attitude:
* Ideally, you’ve worked in an advertising agency and know the ins and outs of running campaigns.
* You care. They’re a tight-knit bunch, and they want someone who shares their passion for what they do.
* You’re a sleeves-up kind of person. With a lean team, everyone chips in to help each other out—it’s how they deliver great work.
