We are currently seeking enthusiastic and experienced School Administrators for temporary placements in a variety of primary, secondary and SEN schools in Harrogate. These roles offer flexible working hours and the opportunity to gain experience in different educational settings.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the day-to-day operations of the school office, including managing phone calls, emails, and general enquiries.
Maintain and update student records, including attendance, admissions, and safeguarding information.
Serve as the first point of contact for parents, staff, and external agencies, ensuring all communications are handled professionally.
In some Primary Schools, Assist with basic financial tasks, such as processing invoices, handling petty cash, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Provide general administrative support to teachers and senior leadership.
Qualifications and Skills:
Previous experience in a school administration role is required.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and approachable demeanor.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with school management software (e.g, SIMS/ARBOR) is required.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Rate of pay is dependent on current grade, experience and payroll method.
