Job Title: Electrical Project Manager
Location: Rutherglen, Glasgow
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Job Purpose
To liaise with Dalkia customers, ensuring a high-quality service while maintaining profitability and efficiency across projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Successfully manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery within budget, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
* Control project costs and maintain profitability while ensuring compliance with Health & Safety, Environmental Policy, Quality Assurance, and company procedures.
* Develop strong client relationships by delivering excellent service, optimising future business opportunities.
* Ensure all works adhere to relevant British Standards, client specifications, and statutory requirements.
* Lead, motivate, and support site-based teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
* Provide technical support, training, and development opportunities to enhance business effectiveness.
* Identify and secure new business opportunities through existing relationships and market development.
Qualifications & Experience
Essential:
* HNC or equivalent in Building Services Engineering (Chartered Engineer status preferred).
* Extensive experience in M&E project management, including financial and commercial knowledge.
* Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
* Excellent customer relationship management abilities.
Desirable:
* Proven track record in financial and accounts management.
* Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively and drive high performance.
* Strong understanding of risk management and commercial principles.
