It is an exciting time to join the Learning and Career Development team at MTW NHS Trust. We are investing in building a team focussed on ensuring staff and their managers are supported on the journey from candidate to competent colleague and beyond.
The role will include:
• Supporting the implementation of all aspects of the Learning and Career Development strategy. This will include the development, implementation and procurement of an annual training plan
Supporting the design and delivery of a range of learning and career development interventions across the organisation, helping to improve organisational culture in line with our PRIDE values and MTW Leadership Behaviours and promoting Maidstone & Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust as the employer of choice.
• The post holder will support the Learning and Career Development Manager and wider team to commission and deliver individual, team and organisational development programmes and work streams including talent management, succession planning and associated engagement activities.
