Our client is a leading uPVC sash window fabricator known for delivering top-quality, bespoke products to our customers, and they are looking for a driven and enthusiastic individual to help them continue their growth. As an Internal Sales Consultant, you’ll play a key role in driving sales, managing client accounts, and providing expert guidance on their range of window solutions. The right candidate for this role will have current or recent experience working within a similar role and field, selling and promoting sash windows, and have good knowledge of the product. The role responsibilities: Responding to incoming customer inquiries and providing expert advice on uPVC sash window products Managing customer accounts and building strong, long-term relationships with clients Preparing quotes, processing orders, and ensuring timely follow-ups Collaborating with the production team to ensure customer specifications are met Contributing to the growth of the business by identifying new sales opportunities You may also be required make customer visits The candidate skills & experience: Previous experience in sales, ideally within the upvc window and door industry A passion for delivering excellent customer service Strong communication skills, both written and verbal A proactive, enthusiastic approach to work with a drive to exceed targets A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment Ready to take the next step?
