An established M&E contractor with a 45+ year track record is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join their team for a multi-million MEP design and build project in the Goodwood area. This role will involve overseeing the electrical package on a major manufacturing facility extension, working closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to deliver high-value outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing:
* Attend project start-up and coordination meetings.
* Become fully familiar with project specifications and client expectations.
* Collate and manage technical submittals and ensure timely approvals.
* Raise and manage RFIs (Requests for Information).
* Oversee the labour tracker and workforce scheduling.
* Maintain and report weekly progress, managing variations and change control.
* Liaise with main contractors and on-site client teams to ensure alignment.
* Coordinate delivery and installation of all plant and electrical equipment.
* Ensure material availability to maintain installation progress.
* Manage construction and commissioning programmes, including implementation of the site commissioning plan.
* Create and maintain project snag lists and continuous improvement logs.
* Oversee project handover processes and documentation systems.
* Coordinate subcontractor activities and ensure timely delivery.
* Attend site meetings and manage actions through to completion.
* Report and implement any innovative solutions or project-specific advancements to senior management.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in an Electrical Project Manager role, ideally with a background in manufacturing or industrial environments.
* Demonstrable track record of delivering multi-million-pound electrical packages.
* Experience managing large-scale MEP design and build projects.
* Strong leadership and coordination skills.
* A relevant qualification in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or Project Management is preferred.
* Ability to manage and motivate subcontractor teams.
