About the Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will:
1. Develop new business – Win and grow clients in your specialist area.
2. Manage the full 360° recruitment process – Business development, candidate sourcing, client management, and deal closing.
3. Build long-term relationships – Partner with some of the biggest brands in Tech & Comms globally.
4. Deliver exceptional talent solutions – Work with high-value clients and secure the best talent for their needs.
5. Lead & mentor – Support junior consultants and share your expertise.
If you’re currently in a resourcing/delivery role, we can help you transition into full business development with a structured plan.
We’re Looking For people with a proven track record in recruitment and a desire to succeed. Ideal candidates will:
* Have at least 6 months+ in a sourcing, delivery, or 360° recruitment role.
* Be determined – Have a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.
* Show resilience – Handle rejection and push through challenges.
* Be hardworking – Willing to put in the effort to earn big.
* Have good values – Operate with integrity and professionalism.
* Show a desire to succeed – Have a clear ambition for career and financial growth.

* Ability to win business – Previous success in securing clients or candidates.
