Dolby Vivisol are currently hiring for a Planning Coordinator at their modern office based in Manor Royal, Crawley. We are looking for someone to join our dynamic team to provide support to our field team across the UK, effectively and efficiently scheduling work and bookings. We offer a generous package including; 33 days holiday (including BH), excellent training and development programs, enhanced maternity and paternity leave, yearly bonus scheme, as well as a starting salary of £23,891.
The Planning Coordinator position is office based with a day shift role covering 37.5 hours per week.
The idea candidate will have previous planner or planning experience, or experience working with a field based operations team, and all training will be provided.
Main duties and responsibilities:
* Scheduling all installations, uplifts, breakdowns and deliveries in line with contract requirements and objectives
* Booking all service calls in line with contract requirements, and objectives utilising support staff to ensure resources are fully booked
* Ensuring that all enquiries are completed according to departmental procedures and within set quality standards
* Liaising closely with other departments by best means possible, giving accurate information at all times
* Working to organisational and departmental targets as specified.
* Providing support to other areas of the Customer Service department when required
Required candidate experience:
* Previous planning experience (1 year), desired
* Excellent IT skills with the ability to record data accurately
* An Enhanced DBS (provided for you as part of the probation process)
