About you
We’d like to hear from experienced Digital Marketing Campaign Managers who would like to work with a diverse range of client accounts across Europe, and the US.
You’ll be an ambitious individual, ready to progress to the next career step, who dreams of taking their marketing and advertising to an international level.
Professional and proficient in your approach, you’ll bring a wealth of advertising or marketing agency experience to this superb B2B marketing agency and their brilliant and varied manufacturing, industrial and technical clients, you will have a can-do attitude that’s based on best-practice methodologies.
Personable and proactive, you’ll learn and develop a technical understanding of the agency client’s products and services, so you are able to converse with stakeholders at the level they demand; you’ll also be a decision maker, able to work on your own initiative, as well as integrating yourself into a large and vibrant creative studio team, which includes designers, videographers and animators, based in the Bournemouth, Dorset area.
**Please note that this agency operate a hybrid working policy (ideally a minimum of 2 days in the office), you will be expected to be able to onboard, attend team meetings and participate in planning activities at their office in Bournemouth, Dorset as required. Responsibilities
* Digital campaign planning and supporting of PPC, Paid Social (LinkedIn) and CRM (Hubspot/Salesforce) advertising campaigns for global B2B clients.
* Creation of PPC and CRM campaign strategies, utilising budget, audience and timelines
* Working with Account Managers / Directors and clients on strategic development and digital campaign execution in line with client requirements and timelines
* Development and management of digital campaign budgets, goals and requirements
* Campaign journey planning, visualisation of journey, showing required channels, content, metrics of interest.
* Campaign and associated channel management, such as GoogleAds, and LinkedIn Ads.
* Work closely with in house and/or external partners to execute digital activities to a high standard across a mix of different B2B clients.
* Website, ticketing and CRM coordinating
* Creation of monthly reports alongside data analysis to enable further optimisations and visibility on performance success.
* Adding value (both internally and externally) through campaign and channel centric consultation.
Essential skills:
* Campaign management and planning
* Reporting (Google Analytics/ Ads, and LinkedIn/Paid Social ads)
* Website / digital understanding (Landing page optimisation)
* Budget management
Essential requirements:
* Current passport
* Digital Campaign Management discipline, or equivalent
* Marketing agency experience
* PPC campaign (Google Ads/LinkedIn Ads experience)
* CRM (Hubspot/Salesforce) campaign experience.

Salary: £35,000-£40,000
