individuals with profound and multiple learning disabilities, physical disabilities and complex health support needs. We
generally provide a service Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays,, and while there is some on-call we provide an excellent
work life balance. We have high staff retention with the average length of employment being above 3 years.

Danny’s Dream Registered Manager
Hours: 37 per week
Salary: £38,600
The role will include:
* Being responsible for the day-to-day management of Danny’s Dream, CQC registered Service.
* Complying with all requirements of CQC registered provision.
* To effectively manage the budget with the guidance of Goodwin Development Trust’s Finance Department and support from the
office coordinator.
* As part of Goodwin Extended Leadership Group, you will work with the senior management team and health and safety lead to
ensure that effective systems are in place to identify, monitor and manage risks for service users, their families and carers
and personal assistants.
* Ensures that an accurate personalised record for each service user is maintained and includes appropriate information about
their care, support and treatment and is updated regularly with integrating the new digital platform as part of this.
* Management On call and act as a back-up facility to on-call in rotation with the Assistant Manager.
* Research of new initiatives, robust evidence bases and CQC standards so that the service remains current and compliant.
To be successful in this role you will:
* Have a level 5 qualification in management and have relevant experience in this area of work.
* Have significant domiciliary care and management experience.
* Have knowledge of benefits and funding streams for people with additional health and social care needs.
* Have considerable experience of mentoring and supervising staff.
* Ensure the service involves and treats people with compassion, kindness, dignity and respect.
* Ensure care, treatment and support achieves good outcomes and ensures a quality of life based on the best available evidence.
* Protect service users from abuse and avoidable harm.
