The Early Career Program Manager will support the Banking Analysts and Associates in their early career, while working with a global team to develop and execute plans and initiatives for their overall career experience. What you’ll do Manage relationships with Analysts, Associates, and business partners Monitor development of junior bankers Leverage data to analyse trends (i.e. performance, culture) and present to the business Partner with Program Leads on program enhancements based on data Execute on HR processes such as performance management, promotions Liaise HR partners for employee relations issues and/or as appropriate Create content for newsletter that is sent to program population Partner with Early Career Learning team to execute new hire training program New hire integration Track mobility interests and partner with Program Lead on managing mobility across Banking Work with local / regional Early Career HR colleagues while regularly connecting with global Early Career partners What we’ll need from you Experience managing or participating in projects and teams within a professional management role Desire to be in a service oriented environment with enthusiasm and high level of interest in Early Career programs Demonstrated leadership and project management skills Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills Strong data and analytical abilities University degree or equivalent experience What we can offer you We work hard to have a positive financial and social impact on the communities we serve.
